I always knew I felt things more deeply than others. The noise, the pressure, the constant doing it left me anxious and exhausted. When I discovered I was a highly sensitive person, it all made sense. I didn’t need to push through. I needed the right kind of care. Now I help other sensitive women regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their bodies so they can feel calm, safe and steady again

Through nervous system education, somatic tools and body awareness -informed yoga, I guide you to feel safe in your body again. This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about softening, slowing down and learning how to regulate from the inside out.
