The Sensitive Space
Hello! Iām Rachel, a holistic nervous system coach, yoga teacher, and mindfulness guide. My work blends yoga, meditation, and embodied practices to help highly sensitive women move beyond overwhelm and reconnect with calm, confidence, and balance. Rooted in my own journey of sensitivity, I create a safe space where women can feel understood, supported, and empowered to live fully as themselves.
My journey
My journey into yoga began as a way to understand and support my own sensitivity. Over time, these practices gave me not only healing and balance but also a deeper sense of calm and confidence that I now share with others. I bring together yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system practices to guide highly sensitive women in finding steadiness, releasing overwhelm, and feeling safe in their own skin.
Through this work, I create a space for self-discovery and transformation where you can reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and embrace your sensitivity as a strength.
