Yoga for emotional release
I am a yoga teacher trained at Loka Yoga and also certified in Menopause Yoga. My classes weave movement, breath, and stillness to support both body and mind, helping you release tension, build strength, and find balance. I believe yoga is about meeting yourself where you are, creating space to move with awareness, and using the practice as a way to feel more connected in everyday life. I currently teach in both group settings and one-to-one sessions, tailoring each practice to the needs of my students.

t’s completely normal to feel that way — many of the women I work with come to me when life already feels “too much.” My sessions are designed to meet you where you are, gently guiding your body and mind back into a calmer state. You don’t need to be in the “right place” before starting the work itself helps you get there.

That’s completely okay. In fact, part of this work is learning how to move through emotions safely instead of holding them in. I create a safe and supportive space where sensitivity is honoured, not something to hide. You’ll also learn grounding techniques so you can regulate in the moment if things feel overwhelming.

My philosophy is rooted in a blended approach, shaped by my many different trainings and my own life as a highly sensitive person. I believe healing isn’t about forcing yourself to be louder, bolder, or someone you’re not it’s about creating space to be quiet, calm, and connected to yourself. My work weaves together yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system practices, and coaching, always meeting you where you are. Sensitivity is not something to fix, but something to honour, and I create a safe space where you can explore, regulate, and begin to see it as your greatest strength.
