What is the 8-week program

My approach is a specialised approach that combines the principles of mindfulness meditation with evidence-based techniques from MBSR and MBCT to support well-being and resilience. It goes beyond general mindfulness classes by offering structured sessions that focus on managing stress, calming the nervous system, and changing patterns of overthinking and self-criticism.

How it works

Initial Consultation

We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your health history, current concerns, and goals.

Customised Plan

Based on the assessment, we create a personalised plan for the 8-weeks. This will focus on something personal to you (a root cause issue.)

Regular Sessions

Engage in regular weekly 1-1 online sessions with me. These are between 1-1.5 hrs and help you to put into practice the learning. You will also be set small tasks each week.

When and Where

Start Date: This is flexible once we have discussed it together.

Location: All sessions take place online at the moment as I am working abroad.

Time: Each session will run for 1hr-1.5 once per week.

Got Questions?

  • Each session is calm and supportive. I guide you through gentle mindfulness and meditation practices, showing you how to work with your thoughts and feelings instead of against them. As a highly sensitive person, you’ll learn ways to find calm in overstimulating situations and bring more ease into your daily life.

  • Not at all. Many of the HSP women I work with have never meditated before. These sessions are accessible and practical you’ll be guided step by step and encouraged to go at your own pace, without pressure.

  • That’s completely normal — especially for highly sensitive people. Mindfulness isn’t about stopping your thoughts, but learning to notice them without being pulled into overwhelm. I’ll show you techniques that work even when your mind feels full or restless.

  • Mindfulness helps you slow down, create space before reacting, and regulate your nervous system. For HSPs, this means less emotional overload, fewer spirals of overthinking, and more confidence in handling daily challenges without shutting down.

  • By the end of 8 weeks, you’ll have a toolkit of practices you can return to whenever life feels too much. You’ll feel calmer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more able to embrace your sensitivity as a gift rather than something that holds you back.
