REFLECT (Weeks 5-8)
You'll map your emotional and sensory patterns, reconnect with your values and needs, and gently uncover the beliefs keeping you stuck.
By the end of this phase: You see yourself clearly. You understand why you respond the way you do. You've reconnected with parts of yourself you'd lost.

RISE (Weeks 9-12)

For most of my life, I believed my sensitivity was a flaw.
I masked it. I used alcohol to numb the intensity. I was on antidepressants on and off since I was 17 — they didn't fix anything, they just made me more numb. I performed a character version of myself just to make it through the day without feeling like I was drowning in everything I absorbed.
Since my youth, I suffered from extreme stomach issues my sensitive nervous system expressing what I couldn't. I was chronically ill. Exhausted. My body was screaming, but I didn't know how to listen.
I spent years in therapy. I understood myself completely. I could explain every pattern, every trigger, every wound. And still, I showed up exhausted, tense, overwhelmed.
Until I discovered something that changed everything: transformation cannot happen in your mind if your body doesn't experience it first.
I trained as a yoga teacher across Asia — Vietnam & Bali — not just to teach, but to heal. I learnt breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system regulation. I discovered that my sensitivity wasn't something to fix. It was something to honour, support, and rise with.
This work didn't just save me. It brought me into embodied confidence. It allowed me to build a dream life as a business owner something I never could have imagined doing if I'd continued living the way I was.

This programme is designed for busy sensitive women. You'll need about 5-7 hours per week (this includes the practice time you will do indp) time for the module, weekly call or 1:1 session, and daily practices. Everything is recorded if you can't attend live.
