ABOUT ME
I didn't create The Sensitive Space because life was calm. I created it because my body was begging me to slow down. I could see it in my face, feel it in my body + I felt like a shell of myself.
For most of my life, I believed my sensitivity made me too much. Too emotional. Too intense. Too easily overwhelmed.
I spent years pushing through masking the tension in my body, overthinking everything, living in constant inner bracing. I kept achieving, kept coping, kept holding it all together.
I did years of talk therapy. I understood myself deeply. I could explain every pattern, every trigger, every reason why.
And yet? I still showed up with the same responses. The same bracing. The same overwhelm.
Until my system couldn't hold it anymore.
My nervous system was exhausted. My body was carrying more than it had capacity for. And all that understanding? It wasn't enough.
What finally changed everything wasn't trying to be stronger or understand myself better.
It was learning how to feel safe inside my body again.
When I discovered holistic practices — meditation, yoga, somatic movement, dance, breathwork, mindfulness — things started to shift for me.
Because I was no longer analysing. I was learning to listen. And respond in a way that softened things.
My breath dropped back into my body. The spiralling slowed. My sensitivity stopped feeling like a burden and started becoming my strength.
That moment changed everything. I knew I wasn't alone — that there were thousands of women carrying a depth they'd never been taught how to hold.
Women who aren't broken. Who are simply overwhelmed. Women who've done all the therapy, read all the books, understood all the why — and still feel stuck in the same patterns.
Women who deserve a space that honours their sensitivity instead of suppressing it.
This is why I built The Sensitive Space.
The Turning Point
My Experience
I'm a Registered Holistic Therapist, certified yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation guide, and trained mindfulness facilitator.
But more than that — I live this work.
I understand the physical intensity of sensitivity. The emotional waves. The overstimulation. The exhaustion that comes from being a deep processor in a fast world.
Everything I teach is grounded in nervous system repair, somatic awareness, embodiment, and restoring safety to your body. Because true confidence doesn't come from mindset alone.
It comes from embodying who you are without shame and judgement and that path is forged by working with the sensitive nervous system.
Why I Do This
Sensitive women were never meant to live in survival mode.
You were never meant to shrink yourself, hold everything together alone, or abandon your own needs just to get through the day.
You deserve a life where your sensitivity feels like a gift — not something you constantly manage.
Through somatic practices, nervous system education, and slow grounding movement, I help women remember who they are beneath the overwhelm:
