MY PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is shaped by my own lived experience as a highly sensitive woman, by years of studying ancient practices across Asia, and by a deep respect for Yoga, Buddhism and the wisdom traditions that remind us how to come home to ourselves.

I don't teach from the mind or the ego. I teach from an inner knowing that was carved through sensitivity, struggle, softness, and returning to my body over and over again.

At the heart of my work is understanding, empathy, compassion and presence.

I believe sensitivity is sacred. I believe the nervous system holds our deepest stories. And I believe healing becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to soften.

My role isn't to tell you who to be — but to guide you back to the wisdom you already carry. To help you feel steadier, clearer and more rooted in yourself. To show you how to live in your sensitivity with strength, not survival.

This is the foundation of all my work. Not performance. Not perfection. But embodied truth.
