I’m Rachel, and I know first-hand what it feels like to be highly sensitive, overwhelmed, and stuck in cycles of anxiety. For years I thought something was wrong with me I felt everything so deeply, got easily overstimulated, and often pushed myself far beyond what my nervous system could handle.
Yoga, meditation, and nervous system work changed that for me. They gave me a way to feel safe in my body, calmer in my mind, and more grounded in who I really am. Over time, I began to see my sensitivity not as a weakness, but as a strength and that shift has shaped everything I do now.
That’s why I work with other highly sensitive women who feel like life is “too much” sometimes. In my coaching and classes, I use a blend of embodied movement, mindfulness, somatic tools, and coaching to help you find balance, calm, and confidence.
When we work together, you’ll find a safe space where your sensitivity is welcomed and understood. I’ll meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re just starting out with these practices or you’re ready to dive deeper into 1:1 support.
