I’ve always been someone who felt deeply.

As a child, I was the emotional one easily overwhelmed, always overthinking, and picking up on things no one else seemed to notice. I never really understood why I reacted the way I did, why I took things so personally, or why my body constantly felt tense.

I still remember being called a shrinking violet by a teacher. At the time, I didn’t have the language for what I was feeling I just knew I felt exposed. Like something was wrong with how I was. That moment stuck with me.

So I learnt to mask. As a teenager, I became really good at hiding what I felt, pretending I was confident, easygoing, unbothered. But deep down, I still felt disconnected. Like something wasn’t quite right, but I couldn’t explain why.

In my twenties, I turned to yoga and self-help but in truth, I was only ever half in, half out. I was doing the “right” things, but still ignoring what my body was trying to tell me. The anxiety never really went away. My gut was constantly reacting. I felt burnt out, stuck in my head, and like my body was holding something I couldn’t reach with my mind alone.

My Transformation

Everything changed when I started working with my body instead of against it.The gut issues, the stress, the burnout it all started to make sense when I learnt I was a highly sensitive person. My nervous system wasn’t broken. It was trying to protect me.That realisation changed everything.I stopped pushing and started listening. I explored nervous system regulation, somatic tools and body informed yoga and that’s when things really started to shift. stopped seeing my sensitivity as something to manage or numb, and started creating real safety in my system.

Now I help other sensitive women do the same.

I created this space because I am  this space.

I know what it’s like to feel anxious all the time. To feel overstimulated, disconnected and emotionally full. I know what it’s like to try everything and still not feel better to think maybe you’re just too sensitive for this world.You’re not.You just haven’t been taught how to work with your body.


That’s why I do what I do so other sensitive women don’t have to spend years feeling broken when what they really need is the right kind of support. Because when your body feels safe, everything changes.

Why you’re in safe hands…

l don’t just teach these tools – I live them.

Every breathwork practice, mindful pause, and grounding movement I share has supported me first in my own journey as a highly sensitive woman navigating overwhelm, burnout, and self-doubt.

I’m a certified 200hr yoga teacher, trained through Loka Yoga. where I also learnt breathwork and meditation techniques which I incoperate into my coaching philosophy. I am a qualified Mindfulness Meditation teacher through Mindfulness Now Oxford 100hr. I also am passionate about women’s wellbeing and am trained as a Menopause Yoga Teacher through Sally Parkes Yoga.

Before stepping into this work full-time, I spent over 8 years working with children – supporting their emotional wellbeing, self-confidence, and nervous system regulation long before I had the language for what I was doing. That experience deepened my understanding of sensitivity, intuition, and the importance of creating safety through presence – not just words. I am also a registered Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher.

I’m also a certified transformation coach – blending mindset work with somatic tools – and in September I’ll be deepening this even further with a Somatic Yoga and Healing certification to support emotional understanding within the body.

My approach is never about quick fixes, although I do provide solutions to calm you in the moment. My philosophy is about lasting change and long term nervous system healing, self-trust and building safety from within.

My mission in life is to help and heal as many people as possible, so they can start seeing their sensitvity as a strength.
