I’m Rachel King — a 300-hour Yoga Teacher, certified Mindfulness Teacher and Somatic & Breathwork Coach.

I help highly sensitive people move from overwhelm, sleepless nights, and nervous system overload to calm, steady rest and real connection. My body-first approach combines yoga, mindfulness, and somatic tools and inner-work coaching so you can regulate your system and feel safe in your own body.
