If you’re a highly sensitive woman who’s tired of feeling drained, overstimulated, or stuck in cycles of overthinking, my 1-1 coaching sessions are your safe space to unravel it all without having to explain why you feel “too much.” As a HSP & Empath woman I have lived experience & well as relevant training to help you navigate it all.

A 60-minute private coaching call via Zoom
Personalised follow-up notes with practices and tools to support you between sessions
Email support between calls for ongoing clients
A calm, grounded, non-judgemental space where your sensitivity is always seen as a strength
