I'm Rachel—and for years, I lived on edge.
I cycled through constant burnout, chronic gut issues, and was constantly sick—all because my body was over-absorbing and over-processing the world around me. I struggled to keep up whilst everyone else seemed fine.
Then everything clicked when I discovered I was an HSP and empath.
I'd practised yoga for years, but everything shifted when I started working with ancient practices specifically for nervous system regulation. What happened was a complete internal shift—one that allowed me to step into embodied confidence and start building a life that worked with me, not against me.
Here's what I learnt after years in talk therapy: We don't need to analyse ourselves more. We need to regulate our bodies so our deep-processing minds can follow.
