For most of my life, I believed my sensitivity made me too much.
So I masked it. I played a character version of myself just to feel justified in existing. I developed coping habits that weren't good for me — anything to make the intensity manageable.
I spent years in therapy. I understood myself completely. And still showed up exhausted, braced, overwhelmed.
Until I discovered something: transformation doesn't start in your mind. It starts in your body.
When I found holistic practices — meditation, yoga, somatic movement, breathwork — things finally shifted. Not because I understood myself better, but because my body finally felt safe enough to stop bracing.

NATALIA'S STORY

With her nervous system calmer, we could go deeper.
She started recognizing in real-time when she was taking on someone else's emotion versus feeling her own. She learned to identify what was hers to carry and what wasn't.
The grief was still there — but now she could feel it without breaking down. She could process her loss in waves instead of drowning in it.
