I'm Rachel—and I know what it's like to feel like your sensitivity is a curse.

For years, I thought I was broken. Too much. Too sensitive. I tried to think my way out of overwhelm, manage my emotions, and push through—and none of it worked.

What finally changed everything wasn't mindset. It was sensitive nervous system regulation.

When I learned to work with my highly sensitive body instead of against it, I stopped surviving and started thriving. My sensitivity became my power. My overwhelm became my compass. My nervous system became my foundation.

Now I help sensitive women do the same—through somatic practices, breathwork, meditation and nervous system coaching designed specifically for highly sensitive people.

You're not too much. You're just dysregulated. And that's something we can shift.
