For most of my life, I believed my sensitivity was a flaw.

I masked it. I used alcohol to numb the intensity. I was on antidepressants on and off since I was 17 — they didn't fix anything, they just made me more numb. I performed a character version of myself just to make it through the day without feeling like I was drowning in everything I absorbed.

Since my youth, I suffered from extreme stomach issues  my sensitive nervous system expressing what I couldn't. I was chronically ill. Exhausted. My body was screaming, but I didn't know how to listen.

I spent years in therapy. I understood myself completely. I could explain every pattern, every trigger, every wound. And still, I showed up exhausted, tense, overwhelmed.

Until I discovered something that changed everything: transformation cannot happen in your mind if your body doesn't experience it first.

I trained as a yoga teacher across Asia — Thailand, Bali — not just to teach, but to heal. I learnt breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system regulation. I discovered that my sensitivity wasn't something to fix. It was something to honour, support, and rise with.

This work didn't just save me. It brought me into embodied confidence. It allowed me to build a dream life as a business owner something I never could have imagined doing if I'd continued living the way I was.

Now I help sensitive women all around the world do the same not by thinking differently, but by feeling safe in their bodies first.

Over the past 5 years, I've guided countless women through nervous system regulation on platforms like Insight Timer, and worked 1:1 with women across the globe to move from chronic overwhelm to embodied confidence. I've taught hundreds of hours of Yoga, Mindfulness and Somatics + Breath.

PHASE ONE

REGULATE (Weeks 1-4)

Rebuild safety, stability, and emotional steadiness through your body.

You'll learn breath-led regulation techniques, somatic grounding practices, and how to reset your nervous system when overwhelm hits. You'll receive your Personal Regulation Map and create daily rhythms that support deep rest instead of constant activation.

By the end of this phase: Your body knows how to find calm. You have tools that work when overwhelm hits. You're sleeping better and no longer dragging yourself through the days.

PHASE TWO

REFLECT (Weeks 5-8)

Understand your patterns, beliefs, and inner world without forcing change.

You'll map your emotional and sensory patterns, reconnect with your values and needs, and gently uncover the beliefs keeping you stuck. Through movement, creativity, and body-based awareness, you'll understand yourself without judgement.

By the end of this phase: You see yourself clearly. You understand why you respond the way you do. You've reconnected with parts of yourself you'd lost.

PHASE THREE

RISE (Weeks 9-12)

Move from insight into embodied confidence, boundaries, and self-trust.

You'll learn to create boundaries through your body, reconnect with joy, trust your intuition, and step into grounded self-leadership. This is where everything integrates  where your capacity expands and embodied confidence becomes your natural state.

By the end of this phase: You trust yourself completely. You set boundaries without spiralling. You move through the world grounded, confident, and clear.

  • This programme is designed for busy sensitive women. You'll need about 5-7 hours per week (this includes the practice time you will do indp) time for the module, weekly call or 1:1 session, and daily practices. Everything is recorded if you can't attend live.

  • Group offers weekly themed calls where you learn and practise alongside other sensitive women. Private offers weekly 1:1 sessions where we work with specific problems/barriers you’re facing.

  • This is a body-first approach. We don't start with your thoughts - we start with your nervous system. You can't think your way out of survival mode. Your body needs to feel safe first, then everything else shifts.

  • If you're asking that question, you probably are. Highly sensitive women often minimise their experience. If you feel deeply, process intensely, and get overwhelmed by things others brush off - this work is for you.

  • No. Everything is taught from the ground up and adapted to your body and capacity. This isn't about being flexible or getting it "right" - it's about feeling safe and regulated.
