For most of my life, I believed my sensitivity made me too much.
So I masked it. I played a character version of myself just to feel justified in existing. I developed coping habits that weren't good for me — anything to make the intensity manageable.
I spent years in therapy. I understood myself completely. And still showed up exhausted, braced, overwhelmed.
Until I discovered something: transformation doesn't start in your mind. It starts in your body.
When I found holistic practices — meditation, yoga, somatic movement, breathwork — things finally shifted. Not because I understood myself better, but because my body finally felt safe enough to stop bracing.
This is why I built The Embodied Sensitive™. Because you can't think your way into confidence when your body is still in survival mode.
I use a bottom-up approach. We regulate your body first. Then your mind follows. Then transformation becomes possible.
